Daybook tour: Getting to know your home screen

When you log in to ResaleAI at team.resaleai.com, the first screen you land on is your Daybook. Think of it as mission control for the day. This article walks through each area so you know what you are looking at and where to go to learn more.

Goals

At the bottom of your Daybook you will see your sales goals for the day, along with your progress so far. This includes your store's daily target and your monthly target.

Right alongside your goals you will see live KPIs, including how today compares to a past period. See What is the comparison date for today's goals?

Notes

Notes are short messages your team can leave for each other right on the Daybook, like "freezer delivery at 2pm" or "ask shoppers about the spring sale." Everyone working that day sees them.

Tasks

Tasks are the to-do items for the day. You can build reusable task lists (like an opening or closing checklist), assign tasks to specific employees, and give them due dates so nothing slips.

Schedule and the sidebar

The sidebar is the panel along the side of your Daybook that lists the team members on shift. When you connect When I Work or Homebase, the sidebar can also show each person's position (for example, "Buyer" or "Floor"), so at a glance you know who is doing what.
