How to add or edit a note

You must be logged in to a ResaleAI user account ( with an Access Level of Account Owner, District Manager, or Manager

How to add

  • once logged in, go to the daybook (has the sales) and click the blue plus sign in the bottom right corner
  • Once you click the blue plus sign, you will add the note and make it either accessible to all or just managers
  • After this, you will want to click when the note should start and when it should end (this is especially good for when you want to add a note for a future event)
  • click add note and your good!

How to Edit

  • Once you're logged in, click on the 3 vertical dots in the top right corner of the note you wish to edit, and click "Edit"

  • From here, you can type in your changes/updates to the note itself.
    Additionally, you can change the author of the note, the dates in which the note can be viewed by your team, and you can even make the note only viewable to managers.

  • If you want to change the author of the note, click on the current team member/author's photo circle and select a team member/author.

  • When you are finished making any desired changes/updates, click "Update Note" in the bottom right corner.

NOTE: There is no way to completely delete a Note at this time, but you can edit the content or even delete all of the content (we understand this isn't very intuitive, and we are in the process of making improvements. More info to come).
