Accessing the settings in ResaleAI

Note: you must have manager access to access settings. contact support@resaleai.com to help gain manager access

At a POS computer

• Open the ResaleAI app
• Click the menu dots in the top-right corner, and choose "All settings"

• You may need to click the "lock" icon to enter your PIN first, and log in with manager access before you can view the settings

• There is also a shortcut to the relevant settings on each page (for example, go directly to "Buy setup" from the Buy page)

From a laptop or phone

• Go to team.resaleai.com in a browser, and sign in with your manager username and password
• Click the menu dots in the top-right corner, and choose "All settings"

• There is also a shortcut to the relevant settings on each page (for example, go directly to "Buy setup" from the Buy page)
• If you see a message that manager access is required, be sure you're signed in with the correct email address that has manager privileges. If you're logged in with the right account, but still see that message, shoot an email to support@resaleai.com and we can help!
