If this error Pops up when attempting to update or install ResaleAI, then you are going to want to check the windows version that is on your POS.
It is Most likely the case that your POS is on Windows 7.

If your POS is on windows 10 or higher, the icon will look like this:
If your POS is on Windows 7, then you will want to update to windows 10 or higher for the update/install to properly work. Reach out to Winmark support for help/instructions on how to do so
