Is my POS still supported?

There are zero supported versions of Windows XP.

We will not be releasing any new versions compatible with Windows XP.

UPDATE: As of Jan 14, 2020, Windows 7 is no longer supported by Microsoft.

ResaleAI will continue to work on POSs with Windows 7. We will continue to release new versions of ResaleAI that are compatible with Windows 7. 

How to tell if your POS is Windows XP:

• If your start button is a circle, you're on Windows 7 and you don't need to be updated right now! 
• If your start button is a rectangle, you're on Windows XP and you need to update! Follow the steps below!

How to find your Model Number:

• If you're on Windows XP, you need to look at the model number of your POS. The model number is printed on the case (underneath the USB ports).

Example: 

If your model number is rp5800 you can upgrade to Windows 7 for free!

If your model number is rp5700 you will need to replace the computer.

How to Update:

You will need to contact the Winmark Help Desk to coordinate the Windows update.
