How do employee pin codes work

When an employee 1st starts they will need to set a pin. Heres how:

     1. Go to ResaleAI - ResaleAI    

  2. Type in name and then click the correct name    

  3. type in pin the 1st time    

  4. type in pin a 2nd time to verify    

This pin will be used any time anything is to be done within ResaleAI. 

Some examples are as follows

- checking in a buy

- checking off a task

- Sending a text message

What this does is make it to where there is a record of who is doing what and it creates a sense of security on the POS

Each employee can also be given manager access and only their name and pin will be able to access manager reports
