If you have been using Sign to Sell for a while and some employees show up and some do not show up on the "checked in by" or the "sorter" drop-down menus, this means that some employees have DRS initials set and some do not. Follow the steps below to remedy that!

     1. Go to ResaleAI with owner or manager login    

  2. Click on Team    

 3. Click on desired employee    

 4. Click on pencil icon to edit    

  5. scroll down to DRS initials and type in employees names    

  6. Click on SAVE
