How to add or edit categories

A quick guide for store staff on managing backstock categories in ResaleAI.
Before You Start: A Note on Categories
Categories let you group backstock bins by type — for example, Kids, Womens, or Accessories. Assigning a category to a bin makes it easier for your team to find items quickly in the backroom.
Categories for Once Upon a Child locations are set up by the ResaleAI team. Contact us before adding or editing any categories.
