How do I add more bin numbers for backstock

Notes on Bins. For Bins to sort numerically, all Bin numbers must be the same number of characters. Bins numbered like this: 0001, 0002, will sort correctly. Bins numbered like 1,2,3 will look like this when they sort: 1,10,100...11,12,13.

If your company owns multiple stores we recommend assigning a prefix for each store.

• The prefix would come before the bin numbers so that you can be sure what store they belong to. This would be useful in case bins wind up in other stores or if your stores share a storage space.
• For example we use C0001 in our Cool Springs store and M0001 in our Murfreesboro store.

How to add Bin Numbers:

     1. Go to ResaleAI with an owner or manager login    

2. Click on the 3 dots in the upper right hand corner    

 3. Click on All Settings    

 4. Click on Backstock    

   5. Click on ADD BINS    

 6. Click on Number of bins    

add the number of bins needed (ex: if you need 10 more bins type 10)

 7. add the email you want to send the labels to    

  8. Click on CREATE
