How do I update multiple bins at once?

Go to the Backstock page in ResaleAI. Click in the search bar, then scan the barcode on the front of a backstock bin. Continue to scan additional bins, and you will see those bins appear on-screen.

• Use the buttons at the top of the screen to select an action. You can either update the location of all the bins you have scanned, or you can add a note to all the bins.

• If you update the location, it will change the location of every bin to the new location (regardless of their current location).

• If the bin you scanned is not currently logged in to RAI, the bin will not appear in the list.

• To remove a bin from your selection, you can click within the search bar and delete that number from the search.

• If your bins do not have labels with a barcode, reach out to our team! We can send you the PDF template for the bin labels, and you can get them printed and apply them to the bins.
