How to redeem Bouncebacks

How do we redeem bounceback coupons?

1. Take Coupon from customer

2. Click the bounceback Icon on ResaleAI dashboard. This will take you to the Bounceback Log screen.

3. Click on search bar and scan barcode. Customer will appear as shown below.

4. If the customer does not have their coupon, you can search for theirs by entering in their name or phone # 

5. Click the redeem button, then click “OK” to redeem coupon. It will then be removed from the Bounceback logs.

5. Apply discount on transaction per usual on DRS. (F5+Discount All)

6. Thank the customer and have a great day. :)!
