Help! Im getting a DRS API error!

Getting an error?
Checking in a buy and get an error stating DRS API not initialized?
- Make sure that the employee that is checking in the buy has DRS initials set up. To learn to set initials, follow this link
- If all initials are set then restart ResaleAI and reopen.
- After restart, try to check in the buy again
Note: To avoid this error, make sure that all initials are set for every employee and open DRs in the morning BEFORE ResaleAI.
