How are the pass reasons on the Buy Detail screen chosen?

Keeping track of your pass reasons on a Buy can be very helpful for training, consistency, and for customer communication. You can select pass reasons and take reasons on ResaleAI. This Buy Detail screen appears when a sorter is done entering a buy in DRS. They will click on the buy on the open screen which will take you to this screen

On this screen it will display how many items you are taking a for what price. You also have an option to add any notes about the buy. 

• You can select reasons for purchasing the items, and reasons for passing on the items!

The options that display are generated by ResaleAI selecting your most common reasons. If you do not see a reason displaying that corresponds with your reason, you can add a reason.

• Once all your reasons for purchases and passes are selected you can select your prewritten text and then click complete.
