How do I edit the buy policy that customers sign?

To update your buy policy:

Sign in at team.resaleai.com with a manager user account
Go to Settings in the top-right menu
Click "buys" on the settings page.
Click customize my buy policy
Click the pencil icon in the bottom right corner
Adjust the terms and conditions, then save
On the POS computer, fully close the ResaleAI app and open it again to make sure it refreshes with these new updates
