Why aren't When I Work employee pictures showing up?

The employee has a picture set in When I Work but it's not appearing on ResaleAI


Follow these steps 


  1. Go to Settings
  2. Employees 
  3. Find the employees name 
  4. Confirm that the phone # in ResaleAI matches what is in WIW
  5. Confirm that the email in ResaleAI matches what is in WIW
  6. Lastly confirm their contact information in WIW is public 


As long as those items match up, the picture should update with in a few hours.
