This happens because the version number hasn't been installed by many other computers yet

ResaleAI asks for an email + password

ResaleAI should log in automatically at the POS computer, without entering an email/password. Occasionally there is a bug where it asks you to log in after you first install. If you see this, don't sign in with your email. Instead, follow these steps:

  1. Close out of the main ResaleAI app
  2. Click the Windows Start button and search for "ResaleAI POS" in the list of all programs
  3. Right-click on “ResaleAI POS” and choose “Run as Administrator”
  4. ResaleAI should launch normally. If it doesn't, send us a chat!
