Click "Allow this file", then "OK"

Click "More info", then click "Run anyway"
This happens because the version number hasn't been installed by many other computers yet
ResaleAI asks for an email + password
ResaleAI should log in automatically at the POS computer, without entering an email/password. Occasionally there is a bug where it asks you to log in after you first install. If you see this, don't sign in with your email. Instead, follow these steps:
- Close out of the main ResaleAI app
- Click the Windows Start button and search for "ResaleAI POS" in the list of all programs
- Right-click on “ResaleAI POS” and choose “Run as Administrator”
- ResaleAI should launch normally. If it doesn't, send us a chat!
