4/12/24- flex update

We received many reports of the flex devices in your store encountering login and functionality errors.
Unfortunately, there is not going to be a fix for them. They utilize an OS that has encountered an operational error that is outside of our ability to remediate.
We realize now that the devices are not a long term solution for conducting sign-ins away from the POS or remote backstock management. As such, we do not plan on seeking a replacement for the flex devices.
However! We are currently developing an alternative to the flexes in which your team will be able to use a tablet, spare phone, or other such device to continue working remotely. Our goal with this is to not limit remote operations to one device, and permit customizability and flexibility in how your store chooses to utilize ResaleAI.
Additionally, since this will be a remote function and not limited to a Flex, if the device encounters any sort of error, it will be more easily-replaceable or able to be upgraded.While the timeline on when this release will be is not fully known at the moment, we hope to have it finalized in the next few months.
