What is remote access and how do I allow employees to log in remotely?

Remote access gives your employees the ability to manager the store and check on how the store is running away from a POS

In our newest version of ResaleAI, granting team members remote access is super easy!

     1. Go to ResaleAI With owner or manager login    

   2. Click on Team    

   3. Click on desired employee    

4. Click on Pencil icon to edit    

  5. Scroll down to access and select what their access should be

   6. Click on Remote access    

7. Click on SAVE    

Note: The employee must have an email entered to login remotely. Attempting to grant remote access without an employee's email entered will result in an error.

Note: All owners and district managers must have remote access.
