How to Give Employees Remote Access

In our newest version of ResaleAI, granting team members remote access is super easy!


  • Start by finding the team icon on the left hand side.


(It should look like this.) 


  • Clicking this icon will bring you to your store's team page.


Here, you will see each team member's name, phone number, email, DRS initials, role for your store, and a checkbox for remote access.



  • To grant an employee remote access, click the box that says remote access


From here you can change the type of access they have:

-Manager

-District Manager 

-owner

-User

How To change their type of access:

  •  Click on the desired employee
  • click the pencil icon in the top right
  • Scroll down to where it says access
  • click the appropriate level from the dropdown menu
  • click save


Note: The employee must have an email entered to login remotely. Attempting to grant remote access without an employee's email entered will result in an error.


Note: All owners and district managers must have remote access.
