Different Access Privileges for Team Members

A ResaleAI User Account links a Username and Password to a set of privileges.  Of course, with privilege comes responsibility so there are currently four types of User Access Level with different sets of privileges.  


  • To edit an employee's user levels, log in at team.resaleai.com and go to the team/employee page. From there, select your employee and click the pencil icon to edit their permission

  • After clicking the pencil icon to edit, you will see the screen below. 


  • Under the "access" section, you can adjust the permissions of any employee with lesser permission. 


(For example: a district manager can edit a store manager's profile, but a store manager cannot edit a district manager's profile). 



 


Below is a chart that outlines the privileges and types of accounts.


 Standard User: 


-can view/edit functions on Day Book, Call and Text, Backstock, Buys, Team List, Customers. 


-cannot view Reports or Settings


-ideal for everyday usage for multiple employees 


Store Manager: 


-can view/edit functions on Day Book, Call and Text, Backstock, Buys, Team List, Customers


-can view/edit all functions on the Account Settings page 


-can view Reports


-cannot create District Manager or Owner accounts 


District Manager: 


-can view/edit all functions on Day Book, Call and Text, Backstock, Buys, Team List, Customers


-can view/edit all functions on the Account Settings page 


-can view Reports


-access to multiple stores in a multi-store company 


-cannot create Owner accounts 


Account Owner: 


-all privileges of their ResaleAI account


-can create other Owner accounts .
