Bounceback didn't print!

A customer's transaction earned a Bounceback coupon, but it did not print!
Bounce back auto printing only works with versions of ResaleAI newer than version 2.4. It works best with the newest version, ResaleAI 2.20. For instructions on how to update to the newest version check out this help center article.
First, in order for the bounceback coupons to print ResaleAI Sync must be running on every POS. How you can tell if ResaleAI Sync is running: the ResaleAI Sync icon must be open in the bottom corner of the system tray

Note: If your POS's are on Windows 7, you may not see the Sync icon immediately and may need to click on the little up arrow "^" to see if RAI Sync is there
If it's not open follow these instructions:
- Go to the start menu
- Open ResaleAI folder
- Click ResaleAI sync
Second, click on the ResaleAI Sync icon and make sure that the POS # matches the POS # that is assigned in DRS.
If the POS # does not match, click on the drop-down and select the correct POS #
Third, once the POS #'s match, click Sync now
Bounceback coupons can also be re-printed in the bounceback menu
- Go to the Bounceback page
- Find the corresponding bounceback that needs to be reprinted
- Click the print icon next to said bounceback
Note: Coupons can be re-printed within 5 mins of the transaction. If the time has surpassed 5 mins, an owner or manager must login to RAI to re-print.
If a bounceback coupon didn't get logged into the bounceback page, you can manually add them
- Click the blue plus sign (bottom right corner)
- Fill out the info in the box
- Hit add
