How to integrate Constant Contact with ResaleAI

Background

Constant Contact is an email service that many Winmark franchisees use

When you integrate Constant Contact with ResaleAI, newly added or edited DRS customer information (including email addresses) is automatically uploaded to your Constant Contact account.  

You never need to do that manually again!

How to integrate Constant Contact:

 Connect your Constant Contact account

• Sign in at team.resaleai.com with a manager account. Go to " ALL Settings" in the top-right menu. 

• Look for Constant Contact under Automations. Click "Connect"

• A Constant Contact window will pop up.  Enter your Constant Contact username and password.

* Note: if you do not see a Constant Contact login window, turn off your pop-up blocker and repeat step 3.

• A new Constant Contact window will pop up asking you to allow a connection with ResaleAI. Enter your Constant Contact login info, then click Allow.

• You’re done! Take "update email addresses" off your todo list!

To add additional Constant Contact accounts:

• Select "add account" from the Constant Contact account drop-down menu. 
• Follow the steps above to link your additional account, then click "save"
  
  
  
• Then, click the "preferred contact list" option. Select your contact list corresponding to the selected account.
  • * note: for most store, the default is "General Interest." We recommend changing the general interest titles in your Constant Contact settings to reflect the corresponding store.
    
• After selecting the appropriate mailing list, you're done! 

More information

Once the integration is connected, ResaleAI will begin to send email addresses to Constant Contact whenever a new customer record is added in DRS, or when customers are attached to buys or sales.
