Auto-login not working?

If you are on a newer version of ResaleAI POS (2.0 or above), each POS will no longer require a login for ResaleAI POS. Instead, the employee should just click on the ResaleAI POS icon and it will launch and auto-login to the POS user account. No password or username required.

Troubleshooting

If you open ResaleAI POS and it asks for a login and password, follow these steps:

- Click the x to close out of ResaleAI

- In the bottom left corner of the POS is a little orange ai icon

- click that and then click exit 

- give it a few seconds and then reopen. 

Ensure you are on ResaleAI POS (Not Chrome or another web browser)
