Auto-login not working?

If you are on a newer version of ResaleAI POS (2.0 or above), each POS will no longer require a login for ResaleAI POS. Instead, the employee should just click on the ResaleAI POS icon and it will launch and auto-login to the POS user account. No password or username required.

Troubleshooting

If you open ResaleAI POS and it asks for a login and password, follow these steps:

1. Close out ResaleAI by clicking the 'x' at the top of the box

2. Re-open by clicking on the ResaleAI POS icon on system tray or on the desktop 

3. The auto-login should trigger and open RAI without prompting for a password 

After completing those steps, if it doesn't auto login:

1. Restart POS 

2. Re-open by clicking on the ResaleAI POS icon on the system tray or on the desktop 

3. The auto-login should trigger and open RAI without prompting for a password 

Ensure you are on ResaleAI POS (Not Chrome or another web browser)
