Note that you can choose which collections you want to use in your menu, and can structure your menu any way you'd like.

You don't have to use all available collections - if you don't link to a particular collection, customers won't find it. You can edit collections after they're created, but if you edit them, CamRAI tags may not work as expected to sort items correctly!
